JHJ Commercial Cleaning was founded in 2021 by Hassna Rashid with a clear vision to build a reliable, people-focused commercial cleaning company rooted in quality, care, and consistency. Before starting JHJ Commercial Cleaning, Hassna spent over 15 years working with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, building a strong foundation in professionalism, accountability, and customer service. With more than 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles, she understands the importance of trust, communication, and delivering dependable service—values that continue to guide the company today.

Hassna launched JHJ Commercial Cleaning during the pandemic with the goal of becoming a business owner while serving others in a meaningful way. Cleaning has always been a source of stress relief and personal satisfaction for her, and she takes pride in creating clean, healthy environments where people can feel comfortable and confident.

Well-traveled both across the United States and internationally—including destinations such as Mauritania, Egypt, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Paris—Hassna brings a broad perspective, strong work ethic, and deep appreciation for people from all walks of life.
